Wim Hof

Wim Hof, also known as The Iceman, is a Dutch extreme athlete who gained recognition through breaking several world records by exposing himself to freezing cold temperature.
He currently holds 26 Guinness Book World Records.

After 30 years of intense training in nature coupled with scientific research to support his findings, Wim Hof created The Wim Hof Method: cold therapy, breathing and meditation. The method has similarities to Tibetan Tummo meditation and pranayama, both of which employ breathing techniques.
Scientific research suggests that followers of the Wim Hof Method have a
stronger immune response to pathogens compared to others.

In maintaining a disciplined practice towards becoming the master of your body and mind, Wim Hof includes commitment as an integral component of his philosophy. He believes that only through dedication and consistency is one able to walk the natural path towards an optimal state of body and mind.
